How It Started

Parts Shack didn't begin in a boardroom. It started the way most good things do, out of necessity, a bit of determination, and a laptop.

Our founder Graham was dealt a rough hand, a bad back, redundancy, and the kind of crossroads moment that either breaks you or builds you. He chose to build. What started as a one-man operation run from a bedroom grew into something nobody quite expected. A unit in Albrighton. A bigger space in Hortonwood, Telford. A real team. A real business.

The Team Behind the Parts

Along the way, two people joined as warehouse packers and never really left. Lizzy and Nathan came in to pick and pack, and years later they help run the place. That's the kind of business Parts Shack is. People who care, who grow with it, and who bring new faces in and pass on the same standards.
